Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed aka Replacement/Refund Policy

  • Our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy ensures that if you're not completely satisfied with the item you selected, contact us within 7 days of the order’s delivery and we'll replace the order to make it right (subject to qualifying reasons) and approval from Make My Freshener.
  • Since all items sold on Make My Freshener are custom made to order and can’t be resold, we are only able to issue a replacement. FYI, the industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy.
  • If Make My Freshener made an error, we will replace the product exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made.
  • Limit to 1 replacement order if related to print quality (subject to uploaded photo quality) or fragrance.
  • Due to the inconvenience, the customer will receive an additional coupon (the amount depends on the situation) to be used on future orders.

Qualifying Reasons

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the print quality (subject to uploaded photo quality) or fragrance.
  • Customer received an incorrect order.
  • Order was shipped but lost in transit.

Process

  • Submit requests through to support@makemyfreshener.com. Please provide:
    1. Order number
    2. Provide the qualifying reason for the return.
    3. Include clear images of the item(s), especially if damaged.
    4. After taking clear images, include a photo of the item(s) cut or torn in half (unless lost in transit).
    5. If a replacement needs a new design, please complete the design in your account and state this in your email.
  • If unable to provide a photograph, you may send us a sample of the product instead. Please send to Make My Freshener 423 Knapp St. Fremont, OH 43420.

Decision

  • Make My Freshener aims to reach a decision within 1-3 business days.
  • Make My Freshener reserves the right to deny replacement/refund requests.
  • Customers will receive an email from support@makemyfreshener.com regarding the decision with next steps.
  • Due to the inconvenience, the customer will receive an additional coupon (the amount depends on the situation) to be used on future orders.
  • All replacements will ship via USPS or FedEx Ground. If you require expedited shipping, you will be responsible for those charges.

Order Edits & Cancelation Policy

  • All order changes must be made by email to support@makemyfreshener.com.
  • Availability of edits or cancelations may become unavailable as the order progresses.
